Easter

Daddy and Tanner went with us to church on Easter to meet up with Grammy and Grampy. We headed back to our house to play and help the Easter bunny hide eggs until Grammy and Grampy came over. Tanner and Carson went to find the 65 eggs that Mommy and the Easter bunny hid in the backyard. It was a beautiful day out! The boys had a great time and Daddy did a wonderful job on the grill! Good day for a nap! Jesus sure was shining brightly on that day as we celebrated the gift of His life. Amen!

Church Easter egg hunt

We joined Linda, her daughters, and their kiddos for an Easter egg hunt at their Wed night church. There were over 10,000 Easter eggs. Holy cow!!! It was so much fun and a beautiful day! We had a good time and it was fun to spend time with them. Carson did a great job, and he only had to move about 3 feet to get a basket full of eggs!

March of Dimes Fundraiser

Carson and I went to meet Heather at Cap Fed to join her at the March of Dimes fundraiser. Carson had a great time and it was fun to spend time with Heather and Savannah outside of daycare. We are going to walk with them on May 1st to help raise money and support March of Dimes. We can't wait!

First day of spring?

Here's Carson in 6+ inches of snow, on the first day of spring. What the heck? He had a great time right after church and couldn't understand why he coudln't play again after nap. Well, the temperature decided to rise and the sun came out, so the snow was melting almost as quickly as it had come. Oh, ya gotta love Kansas weather! (Well, not really, but wait about 10 minutes and it will change again.)
